recruitment positions have a number of common aspects, this vast
industry incorporates a selection of types of recruitment agency you
could work for. Listed below are the main types, and for each there
are key elements from an employees point of view.

multinational recruitment agencies. These agencies have the
advantage of economies of scale with hundreds or thousands of
worldwide employees. Business development specialists are likely to
exist as their markets usually contain highly established brands,
making business development requirements more limiting. A
recruitment consultant is likely to make final selections for client
submission, after a resourcer has carried out initial searches, and
then manage the business relationship with the recruiting manager.
