recent crisis between Moscow and Tbilisi in South Ossetia was a good
occasion for having some interesting conclusions. At a glance, it seems
that the powerfull comeback of Russia in the International political
scene creates a new framework, within which geo-political developments
in Eurasia will be analyzed from now on. Nevertheless, this isn’t the
